Software Installation and Support

 I can help you with the following services:

• Trouble-shooting - if your computer stops working, and you don't know why, call me. If it can be fixed, I'll be able to fix it.
  
• Internet and E-mail set up, and help if it ever goes wrong
  
• Software upgrades (Before buying any software, ask me if I can find FREE software for you - I probably can!)
  
• Data recovery - if your computer dies there's every chance I'll be able to recover the information from it. Put it this way - if it can be done, I'll do it.
  
• Data transfer - if you get a new computer I can transfer all your information and software from the old one onto it. 

Remote Support

I can even look after your computer remotely (i.e. without coming out to you) - thus saving you the call-out charges. Ring me to find out about this.
